Ski and play poker in Alpes

Author: A French ski resort Les 2 Alpes will be hosting a poker week right at the beginning of January. Starting January 9 a series of afternoon events will start, lasting through to January 14. A local cultural and fitness facility will be turned into a poker room and offer a place in the Sit&Go’s to anyone interested. Friday night will see a grand finale played by the ones who manage to survive a battle that could include up to 200 people. Anyone on holiday in this part of the Alpes can enjoy the beauty of snowy slopes throughout the day and when pleasantly exhausted, sit down to a poker table, let their legs rest and get their head to work instead.
